Prawns (Nephrops norvegicus)

Size:
00, 0, 1, 2 , 3 and 4 (where 00 is the biggest size and 4 the smallest)
Packaging: Polystyrene box by 4Kg with paper soaked in sea water
Description: Also known as scampi, Dublin Bay Prawn, or Langoustine. It is an orange-pink shellfish, which looks like a small, slim, lobster with a pair of long claws. It is found in the northeastern Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea.

Lobsters (Homarus)
Size: 400/600, 600/800, 800/1.2 Cripple & Large
Packaging: Polystyrene box by 15Kg with straw soaked with sea water to maintain them alive
Description: There are two kinds of lobsters, "clawed lobsters," which have, as their name suggests, two large front claws, and "spiny lobsters," which have longer antennae and a rougher shell then the clawed species -- perhaps to make up for their own lack of claws. All lobsters have ten legs, a jointed body and hard shell encasing their
flesh. The European clawed lobster has a dark, almost blue tint to its shell, while the American lobsters tend to be colored primarily orange and black. While live lobster maintains a mottled orange, blue and black shell, cooked, the lobster shell will take on a vivid coral color.

Winkles (Littorina Littorea)
Size: Small, medium, large and jumbo
Packaging: 25Kg bags or 3Kg wooden box
Description : This is perhaps the best known species and it has been collected and eaten for centuries. After boiling, the soft body is ‘winkled out’ from the shell with a pin or a special ‘winkle-picker’. Our winkles are available crawl and uncrawl
