HACCP system : OUR quality standard is YOUR satisfaction
From 2003, Angelbond Ltd has applied the HACCP system (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), insurance method for quality which allows quality control of all products (compulsory for all european industry food from January 2006). This assures food security and health at all levels of production, with a total mean control (material, technical, human) and process. Among these many controls, we differentiate with:

• A strict traceability system from the boat to the customer
• A strict selection of fishing associate boats and systematic control of delivered products quality.
• Product samples collections and analysis by an outside laboratory every week. This ensures contamination by microbial flora (aerobic flora, coliforms, E.Coli, Staphylococcus aureus and salmonella, etc.).
• The factory is open 24 hours a day to receive the daily landings from providers, and to ensure the freshness of products.
• The firm's knowledge and modern equipment allows the preservation of fresh and live prawns in optimal conditions. The factory is fully equipped with an effective refrigeration system that maintains the cold chain. Vivier tanks, equipped with mechanical oxygenation systems and alarms, allow an almost 0% mortality rate.
• Strict health regulations are applied at all levels of production and easily satisfy european standards. Staff must wear appropriate equipment inside the factory (jumpsuit, mobcap, mask, glovse, etc.) and production lines are cleaned and disinfected every day.
  Products are packaged very carefully to ensure consistently high quality, delivery and satisfy customers expectations.
  Thanks to their reliable suppliers, Angelbond Ltd ensure that their customers’ demand are met throughout the year. Fresh and live prawns production is in excess of 900 tons per annum
